🧑🏫 Adult Chaperones
1:6
One adult chaperone required for every six children. Chaperones at this ratio are admitted free of charge.
- ✅Additional chaperones beyond the 1:6 ratio are charged $10 each
- ⭐Recruiting parents as chaperones is a great way to involve families
- 🗺️Chaperone role: manage logistics, guide exhibit interactions, and facilitate learning

What Your Group Will Explore
All exhibits align with Washington State's learning standards and are self-guided at your own pace. The learning standards are called Essential Academic Learning Requirements (EARLs) which define what all students should know and be able to do at each grade level. You can explore these requirements via the OSPI Online Grade Level Standards.

Scholarships available: Students in need may qualify for reduced or waived admission. Head Start field trips are offered free of charge to all enrolled students, their teachers, and required chaperones.
