Party policies
What every host should know
Active supervision required
All adults must actively supervise their children at all times, staying within sight and hearing of your child, especially if they leave the party area to explore downstairs.
Playologist option
Hire a Playologist for $100 per hour to assist with supervision and engagement during the party.
Respect for space and staff
As party host, you are responsible for ensuring your guests are kind and respectful to KiDiMu staff and treat the facility, toys and hands-on exhibits with care.
Damage policy
Any damage to the facility, toys or exhibits will be billed to the party host.
Museum rules apply
All guests must follow museum rules to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancel 3 or more days before for a full refund. Reschedule 72 or more hours before at no extra cost, subject to availability.
