Discovery Friday

March 22 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

On March 22, curious KiDiMu explorers are invited for STEM*-themed activities featuring Cat in the Hat gravity balance experiments.. This program is a part of KiDiMu’s STREAM (science, technology, reading, engineering, arts and math) curriculum promoting skills necessary for academic success. On Fridays, visitors explore STEM subjects through guided discovery. *STEM stands for “Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.” Drop by anytime between 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. FREE with admission or membership.

Summer Camp Registration Opens to MEMBERS

This summer, KiDiMu Explorers, ages: 3.5 – 6.5, will embark upon amazing adventures with science, arts, imaginative play and more! Sensory Sunday

On March 24, children with autism or a similar sensory challenge are invited to explore KiDiMu with their families... Enjoy a welcoming and less crowded environment and staff support. The program is offered between 10 and 11:30 a.m., before the Museum opens to the general public. Spring Break WORKSHOP: Spring Treasures

On April 2, join us to welcome the new season with hands-on fun... Nature explorers will look for the signs of spring as they embark on a season-themed scavenger hunt.
