JUNE 22 – 25
EXPRESS YOURSELF
Get your hands on art fun!

Budding artists will explore different mediums, from painting on canvas, experimenting with clay to working on a mural. They will enjoy messy experimentation and sensory exploration while creating their masterpieces.

For the finale of their creative adventure, campers will tour Bainbridge Island Museum of Art, and have a portfolio of their own to bring home.

JULY 6 – 9
KIDS IN SPACE
To infinity and beyond! 

Aspiring astronauts will embark on adventures out of this world through play, hands-on art and brand new science activities from the NISE* curriculum. Campers will dive deep into space discoveries as they engineer spacecrafts, marvel at the moon and more!

COVER TO COVER
Favorite books come to life! 

Each day, campers will embark upon a new literary adventure with beloved children’s books characters. They will romp with the “Where The Wild Things Are,”  protect the Earth with “The Lorax,” and create art inspired by “Rainbow Fish.”

Book enthusiasts will enjoy imaginative play, songs, games and art activities, and create original stories of their own.

JULY 20 – 23
ECO EXPLORERS
Go green and have fun with it, too!

Would you dare to “eat your yard?” Discover backyard farming, explore local native plants and start a compost pile. Meet inspiring guests, from Zero Waste pros to earthworms! Have fun with junk and make art from recycled materials. Learn about reusable energy and sustainable design, as you explore a living roof and discover “green” buildings of all colors.

JULY 27 – 30
DINO DISCOVERIES
(TWO SESSIONS)
Dig into the world of dinosaurs and let the good times roar!

Campers will become paleontologists-in-training and travel back in time to learn about prehistoric creatures. They will explore the Age of Dinosaurs artifacts from the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture, and make their own dino eggs, fossils and more!

Children will discover dinosaurs through stories, movement games, experiments and crafts, and get an introduction to scientific observation.

Camp Schedule: Monday – Thursday | Morning Session: 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
OR Afternoon Session: 1:30 – 4 p.m.
