Support the Work of Childhood with Your Donation

There is nothing more gratifying than providing¬†support knowing that you are making a positive difference in someone’s life and now is the perfect time to do it!

How can you give back to your community?
Across the world and throughout time PLAY has been recognized as the single most effective way for children to learn. Join KiDiMu to ensure that all area children have a special place where they can imagine, discover and grow through play.

“Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning. But for children play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood.”
– Fred Rogers

Two ways to contribute and nurture the work of childhood:

  • Give the gift of financial support to KiDiMu through the ONE CALL FOR ALL campaign – every gift above $20 earns additional funds from the community pool and no processing fees are charged to KiDiMu. You can also set up your monthly giving account this way!
  • Give the gift of time and VOLUNTEER

Either way, you will help create meaningful early learning opportunities
for children in our community and beyond!

We ask for your support so that we can continue to:

  • Provide engaging educational programs and exhibits to all visitors
  • Provide low-cost and free access to families in need
  • Invite all Head Start preschool kids to attend the Museum free of charge
  • Offer scholarships for summer camps, fee-based classes and field trips.
  • Provide free and low-cost educational enrichment programs for all visitors.

The simple reality is that we cannot do it without You!

Admission, retail and membership fees cover less than half of the Museum’s operating budget.
KiDiMu relies on donors like YOU to provide enrichment and access programs, keep the lights on and the exhibits in shape seven days a week for over 35,500 children and their families from our region.
