What is Minimu?
It is a bi-monthloy program series for children from birth through 18 months and their parents or caregivers. Kids Discovery Museum supports parents in their role as their child’s first and most important teachers. It also acknowledges the need for new parents to find community support through connections and sharing of information. Minimu allows parents and babies to meet, share and enjoy discussion and special activities, from sign language to movement and free exploration.

Who can participate in Minimu?
Minimu is open to parents/caregivers and their children, ages birth – 18 months.

What is the Minimu schedule?
The Minimu program occurs twice a month, on the second and fourth Thursday.
The museum opens early, from 9 to 10 a.m. to only to those participating in the program. An all-day Museum pass is included with miniMu admission fee.
