OCEAN EXPLORERS
Travel under the sea and get up-close with amazing marine wildlife!
In this interactive adventure, campers will enjoy hands-on activities, storytelling and games as they discover how waves are made, and explore habits and habitats of fascinating sea creatures.

For the camp finale, budding marine biologists will make friends with sea urchins, sea stars and crabs visiting from SEA Discovery Center!

Create your own musical adventure!
Calling all movers and shakers to sing, dance, make music and make believe with friends. Inspired by a selection of favorite storybooks, campers will help shape their camp experience based on their interests and ideas. Imagination is the limit!

Guided by the instructor, children will enjoy daily musical activities, games and dramatic storytelling, as they explore values such as creativity and teamwork.

THE WORLD OF DR. SEUSS
Favorite storybooks come to life!
Now let’s have a chat: How about yoga with Cat in the Hat? Making Oobleck by the vat, painting and singing, we’ll also do that!

Each day, campers will embark on a new literary adventure with beloved characters. Inspired by favorite Dr. Seuss’s books, they will practice pre-literacy skills by having some fun with rhyming, games, art, pretend play and a lot of silly fun.

Curriculum Focus: Literacy, Arts, STEM, Health and Wellness, Fun!
Instructor: Maggie Brown, elementary school teacher and intervention specialist (grades pre-K – 5) trained in the Love and Logic method

LITTLE SPROUTS (SOLD OUT!)

Inch by inch, worm by worm discover how a garden grows!
Campers are sure to dig this gardening adventure, as they get their hands in the dirt to explore how soil works.

They will use scientific observation to investigate how seeds germinate and become plants. They might also catch the entomology bug, as they discover the world of garden insects through books, crafts, games and personal encounters!
